From our shared love of design, making and materials comes a unique range of furniture, lighting and products.
We love to work at any scale and undertake a variety of one-off projects, both domestic and commercial.
With our strength in design we offer a consultancy service aimed to help other businesses to develop new products.
PLYable is interested in design that can respond to the changing needs of different users over time. Working simultaneously in architecture, interior design, furniture and product design PLYable's projects explore practicality, flexibility and personality with unique designs that encourage owners and users to engage, interpret and enjoy.
All the designs share the same philosophy- that furniture should be useful, fun, made to last, be enjoyed by grown-ups of all ages and leave room for imagination.

PLYable design was founded in 2013 by architects and designers Claire and Matthew Margetts. In 2017 the practice was joined by interior and furniture designer Tom Ownsworth.
